Brand email with your logo

StatusGator supports custom email branding on our Enterprise plan and as an add-on to other plans, allowing your customers or end-users to get an email that has your organization logo and sends from your organization’s email address.

Previously, this email logo used the same image as your status page. Now, you can upload a custom logo to be used just for your emails. Enjoy improved branding by uploading a logo that fits the email perfectly.

Just go to your Status Page Settings > Subscribers tab, turn on “Allow users to subscribe to updates,” and check the box “Brand email with your own logo.” This will replace the StatusGator logo in email notifications with your own.

While you’re there, don’t forget to explore other powerful options available on Enterprise plans:

  • Send from your own email address
  • Restrict subscriber email addresses to specific domains
  • Allow users to report outages
    • Get email alerts for reported outages
    • Create helpdesk tickets from reports (if you’ve connected a helpdesk integration)

These settings help you deliver a fully branded, controlled, and responsive status communication experience.
