Component filter tags for easier filtering
In case you missed it, one of StatusGator’s most powerful features is the ability to filter your service monitor notifications to specific components — features, products, or regions. Our new component filter tags help you quickly identify how many components of a service you’re currently monitoring. This makes it easier to ensure your notifications are focused on what matters most. Learn more
Simplifying service selection: Descriptions for all services now available
We’ve added short descriptions to services in the search results dropdown, service directory, and relevant website service pages. These descriptions make it easier to identify each service’s purpose, especially when dealing with similar names or unclear logos, streamlining the process of setting up service monitors. Learn more
New private status ingestion integrations: Meraki, Neat Pulse, AT&T
We’ve added new private status ingestion integrations, designed to bring even more monitors to your status page: Cisco Meraki, Neat Pulse, and AT&T are all new. And we have more coming soon. Private Status Ingestion is available only on our Enterprise plan. Learn more
StatusGator now supports timezone preference!
You can now set your organization’s timezone directly within your Organization settings! This enhancement ensures that dates and times in email notifications from your organization align with your chosen timezone, providing a more intuitive experience. Say goodbye to UTC and mental math. Learn more
Smarter email notifications: Better control and helpful tips
At the end of each email notification, you’ll now find straightforward tips on how to manage your preferences. Whether you need to unsubscribe from certain monitors or refine your notification settings, these updates make it easy to stay in control. Learn more
Status page: Expanded status summary
You can now set the status summary to be expanded by default on your status page. This change allows you to present more information to your users upfront, providing immediate details on any current incidents. The default setting still hides this until expanded by the viewer — better if you monitor a lot of services and have many ongoing incidents. Learn more
