StatusGator now includes a new Outage Reports tab on the service monitor detail page, giving users more visibility into recent service disruptions directly where they monitor services.
Users can now quickly review recent outage activity for a specific monitored service without leaving the detail page.
What’s included

The new tab displays both:
- Internal reports — incidents published from your organization’s Status Page and visible only to workspace admins
- External reports — outage reports submitted by other users on the public StatusGator service landing page
This combines private operational visibility for administrators with broader community-reported outage information in a single view.
What users can see
Inside the Outage Reports tab, users can view:
- Recent outage descriptions
- Report timestamps
- Reporter locations
- Labels identifying reports as Internal or external
Internal reports are clearly marked with an Internal label and are only visible to workspace admins. Admins can also see the email address of the user who submitted each internal report, making it easier to validate and coordinate incident response internally.
External reports provide broader visibility into service disruptions reported by the StatusGator community on public service pages.
Why it matters
The new Outage Reports tab helps teams:
- Detect service issues faster
- Validate whether an outage is widespread
- Compare internal incidents with external user experiences
- Improve visibility during investigations
By combining multiple outage signals in one place, teams can make faster and more informed decisions during incidents.
Availability
The Outage Reports tab is now available on all monitored service detail pages.
