Monitor your Zoom Rooms with StatusGator

Keeping meeting rooms ready for the next call is just as important as monitoring your cloud services. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Zoom Rooms integration.

With a single connection, StatusGator continuously monitors the connectivity of your Zoom Rooms deployment, making it easy to spot offline rooms and device issues before they disrupt meetings.

What you can monitor

After connecting your Zoom account, StatusGator automatically creates a dedicated Zoom Rooms monitor for your deployment.

From there you can see:

  • Each Zoom Room as a component group
  • All devices assigned to that room, including room computers and controllers
  • The current connectivity status of every room and device
  • Real-time status updates directly on your monitoring board

Simple one-click setup

Getting started only takes a minute:

  1. Go to Integrations → Monitoring → Zoom Rooms
  2. Click Connect Zoom account
  3. Authorize StatusGator using your Zoom administrator account
  4. Save the integration

That’s it. StatusGator immediately begins monitoring your Zoom Rooms devices. The integration uses secure, read-only access to your Zoom Rooms information.

Built for IT and workplace teams

Whether you’re managing a handful of conference rooms or hundreds of meeting spaces across multiple offices, the Zoom Rooms integration gives you a single place to monitor device connectivity alongside your cloud services, websites, and other infrastructure.

If your organization also uses Neat devices, check out our Neat Pulse integration to monitor the health of your Neat meeting room devices from the same StatusGator dashboard. You can also browse our full collection of Monitoring integrations to connect additional tools.

Instead of discovering a room is offline moments before an important meeting, you’ll know as soon as connectivity changes.
