New roadmap & feature request hub

We’re excited to announce that StatusGator has officially moved to a new platform for collecting feature requests, organizing our roadmap, and keeping you updated on what we’re building. This new system makes it easier than ever to share ideas, vote on improvements, and follow the progress of the features that matter most to you.

How to suggest a feature

Got an idea that would make StatusGator even better?
You can submit a feature request in just a few clicks:

  1. Visit our new hub
  2. Sign in or register
  3. Click “Create a new post.”
  4. Add your title and description.
  5. Submit – and you’re done!

How to upvote existing ideas

Before creating something new, you can browse what others have suggested.
If you see a feature you want, simply click the upvote arrow.
This helps us understand what improvements are most important to our users.

How the new system works

  • Backlog:
All new feature requests start here. This is where every idea–big or small–lives initially.
  • Prioritization:
We regularly review the backlog, looking at upvotes, feasibility, and impact to decide what moves forward.
  • Next up:
Once a feature is selected for upcoming development, it moves to Next up – items we’re planning to tackle soon.
  • In progress:
When our team begins working on a feature, it moves to In progress, letting you follow along as development happens.
  • Done:
Completed features appear in the Done column.
When something you upvoted or requested is finished, we’ll notify you automatically.

Your feedback drives our roadmap

This new platform makes the improvement process clearer, simpler, and more collaborative.
Your ideas and votes directly shape what we build – so jump in and let us know what matters most to you.
