Status page selector: Switch between status pages

We’re excited to announce a new feature designed for our customers with multiple boards and status pages – introducing the Status Page Selector! Now, users can switch between different status pages directly from a single page. This is especially useful for companies that need separate status pages for different products, departments, or teams.

How is this helpful?

Let’s say you’re a school district with multiple schools, each needing its own status page to communicate updates specific to that location. Or, you could be a SaaS provider with multiple products that each require a separate status page for outages, updates, and maintenance. Or perhaps your an IT team with two boards and two status pages. You can now link those pages together with a simple drop down, allowing your users to quickly switch between status pages.

How it works

  1. Click on Status Page on the left menu to status page Customize settings
  2. Check the box labeled “Display status page selector”.
  3. Switch boards from the upper left menu and repeat on another status page.
  4. You can enable on as many as you like.

Once activated, a button/selector will appear on your status page, allowing your users to easily toggle between different pages. It’s a straightforward way to give your users the most relevant information, no matter how many status pages you manage.

Whether you’re managing status updates for multiple products, schools, or departments, the new Status Page Selector makes accessing your pages even easier. Give it a try!

We’re always working to make StatusGator even better, thanks to your suggestions. Keep sharing your ideas. Should you need any assistance or wish to request a feature, our team is here.
