We’ve added a “Report Outage” button at the top of the StatusGator status page to make reporting issues even easier.
Your outage reports play a key role in keeping our status page accurate and are a valuable part of the data we use for features like Early Warning Signals, which help spot potential disruptions before they’re officially acknowledged.


The new “Report Outage” button makes it simpler to:
- Keep the status page accurate: Your reports help ensure everyone has the latest information.
- Contribute to early detection: Your input supports the detection of issues that may affect others.
To report an outage, just click the button, select the service you’re monitoring, and optionally describe the issue. The flag icon next to each service is still available for reporting as well.
For those using a ticketing system, StatusGator makes it easy to turn outage reports into actionable tickets. Whether you use Freshdesk, Freshservice, or Zendesk, you can seamlessly integrate to ensure reports generate tickets automatically, helping you stay on top of disruptions.
