StatusGator Is Unaffected by the Salesloft Drift Incident

Recently, there has been widespread news about a security incident involving the Salesloft Drift application and its integration with Salesforce. You can read more background in this TechCrunch article.

To be absolutely clear and unequivocal:

  • StatusGator does not use Salesloft.
  • StatusGator does not use Drift.
  • StatusGator does not use Salesforce.

These platforms are not part of our infrastructure or operations. StatusGator is therefore not impacted by the Salesloft Drift incident in any way.

We take security and compliance very seriously. We are currently undergoing our SOC2 Type 2 audit and are serious about maintaining a secure platform for our customers. Our team continuously evaluates vendors and integrations to minimize risk, and we keep our third-party footprint minimal to maintain customer trust.

If you have further questions about our security posture, or need signed statements to verify this, please contact us.
