As of 8/14, we identified a delay in our async job processing. We have found that the async jobs are still processing, yet at a slower rate. This delay in processing will impact your ability to create groups, build reports and Magnus 911 cards. We have taken the steps to allow the syncs to process, and we are actively monitoring this issue. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update as soon as the async jobs are processing at the expected speed.
