Investigating - We are investigating an issue affecting a small percentage of Kaseya customers that may result in a '500 HTTP Error' when attempting to access the Kaseya Store / Billing Portal from the Datto Partner Portal. The Kaseya Store / Billing Portal is accessible by:Using a KaseyaOne account, you can access the Kaseya Store / Billing Portal from KaseyaOne to make store purchases; view/download invoices, pay bills and update payment methods.If you don't have a KaseyaOne account, we can create your account and you will be able to access Kaseya Store / Billing Portal to make store purchases; view/download invoices, pay bills and update payment methods.Updates will be posted on status.dato.com as we continue to work towards resolving this error condition. Investigating - We are currently aware of a problem where Teams backup runs may fail with error "TooManyRequestsError"SaaS Protection was recently forced to change the API endpoints used for Teams messages backup, due to the EWS API methods being deprecated. Since switching APIs, we have encountered a large amount of throttling errors (as noted above). This has been escalated to the highest levels and we currently have an ‘all hands on deck’ approach to find a solution that works around these throttling processes. Investigating - Datto Networking Products experienced a service disruption with our AP check-in service between approximately 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Eastern time, where the check-ins were not completed as expected.During this time period, you may have received false alerts notifying you of APs that were offline, or missing check-ins.Currently, engineering is looking into a service disruption with our router check-in service that began at approximately 9:00 PM Eastern time. This issue was believed to be resolved by 11:00 PM Eastern time, however we are still receiving occasional reports that the D200 Router Series is still sending these false reports. Our engineering team is aware of the issue, and working towards a resolution.Both of these outages should not cause any disruption to the end user - they are errors in the reporting service only.
