From 6:00 PM through 9:00 PM PDT on April 16th, we will be performing an upgrade on our Webmail Service. During this maintenance window, the Webmail interface may temporarily be unavailable. In some cases, customers may be requested to login again during this window.

All other services will remain unaffected.

We're actively monitoring a situation involving our domain registration partner, Enom, who is facing some internal connectivity issues. These complications are affecting domain registrations, renewals, updates to whois information, and nameserver modifications. We will post more information as we receive it.

We are currently investigating customer reports indicating an issue with our LiveChat service. If you are affected by this issue, you may wish to submit your support request via the "Support" section in your web panel or check our Knowledge Base. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be posting periodic updates as further information becomes available.

Our admins are currently investigating reports of users experiencing issues connecting to our network, impacting access to the panel and email. Will post periodic updates as further information becomes available.

DreamHost will be performing maintenance to the shared host machines listed at the bottom of this post. This maintenance will run on March 28th from 10PM to 2AM PT. During this time, customers on the shared hosts below will experience approximately 30 minutes of intermittent connectivity with sites on their shared hosting server. All other services will remain unaffected by this maintenance.
