Some users might be experiencing problems when calling mobiles and landlines from Skype

Details

User Impact: Users might be experiencing problems when calling mobiles and landlines from Skype.
More info: Specifically, some Microsoft 365 user subscriptions may not be getting their free 60 minutes of Skype calling credits, thus resulting in issues when calling mobiles and landlines from Skype.
Users may also have been charged twice. For those who have multiple orders of Skype Credits and don't need that many credits, you can request a refund by following the steps provided in https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/can-i-get-a-refund-from-skype
Current status: We're continuing with our analysis of the potential remediation options of bulk reactivating user credit subscriptions. As a workaround, Microsoft 365 users may proceed with activating their Skype subscription manually by following the activation steps in https://www.skype.com/en/office/get-skype/ or by reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

About Our Microsoft 365 OneDrive Status Page Integration

Microsoft 365 OneDrive is a Productivity solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since July 2018. Over the past almost 5 years, we have collected data on on more than 363 outages that affected Microsoft 365 OneDrive users. When Microsoft 365 OneDrive publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 9 components using 2 different statuses: up and warn which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.

More than 2,100 StatusGator users monitor Microsoft 365 OneDrive to get notified when it's down or has an outage. This makes it one of the most popular productivity services monitored on our platform. We've sent more than 104,500 notifications to our users about Microsoft 365 OneDrive incidents, providing transparency and peace of mind. You can get alerts by signing up for a free StatusGator account.

Currently, down notifications are not supported by the Microsoft 365 OneDrive status page. That means all notifications from their page will show in the warn state. If you need better differentiation, please hi@statusgator.com get in touch.

Warn notifications are used when Microsoft 365 OneDrive is undergoing a non-critical issue like minor service issues, performance degradation, non-core bugs, capacity issues, or problems affecting a small number of users.

Microsoft 365 OneDrive does not post separate notifications for planned maintenance work so we are unable to send notifications when maintenance windows begin. If you need Microsoft 365 OneDrive maintenance notifications, please email us.

Microsoft 365 OneDrive does not publish a feed of proactive maintenance events on their status page at this time. If they do, be sure to let us know and we'll aggregate Microsoft 365 OneDrive maintenance events into your unified calendar.

When Microsoft 365 OneDrive posts issues on their status page, we collect the main headline message and include that brief information or overview in notifications to StatusGator subscribers.

When Microsoft 365 OneDrive has outages or other service-impacting events on their status page, we pull down the detailed informational updates and include them in notifications. These messages often include the current details about how the problem is being mitigated, or when the next update will occur.

Because Microsoft 365 OneDrive has several components, each with their individual statuses, StatusGator can differentiate the status of each component in our notifications to you. This means, you can filter your status page notifications based on the services, regions, or components you utilize. This is an essential feature for complex services with many components or services spread out across many regions.
