Update - StackPath has continued to mitigate this issue and has observed improvement in all CDN PoPs with the exception of Hong Kong and Singapore. We are continuing to monitor all CDN PoPs as they return to expected performance and are focusing on bringing Hong Kong and Singapore to a healthy state. We will continue to update as we make progress. HTTP/2 services will continue to be disabled until further notice.
