Introducing custom icons for every monitor

Exciting news! We’re rolling out an update: You now have the ability to upload custom icons for any monitor, including service monitors. Previously, you were stuck with the platform-provided icon for services monitors. This enhancement is all about giving you more control and customization.

Let’s take a closer look at how this update can enhance look of your board and status page. Imagine you’re tasked with managing Adobe Photoshop, a crucial component of a complex system like Adobe Creative Cloud. In such a scenario, creating a separate monitor filtered just to Adobe Photoshop makes perfect sense. After doing so, you can upload the Photoshop icon to easily differentiate it from other monitors at a glance.

Setting up a custom icon is a breeze. Simply navigate to the monitor configure page, upload your custom icon, and save your changes! We suggest PNG format in a square aspect ratio for the best look.
