Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card?
Yes! We're happy to accommodate your organization's billing preferences when paying annual on our Start Up plan and above. Simply contact us and we'll provide a quote for your preferred plan on an annual basis, including one month free. After receiving your Purchase Order, we'll send you an invoice which can be paid by ACH, Wire Transfer, or even paper check.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
We occasionally offer discounts to select non-profit organizations. Please reach out to us and let us know how we can help and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can you add my favorite service to StatusGator?
Absolutely! We can add any service to StatusGator, as long as it has a public status page. If StatusGator already understands the format of the status page we can add it immediately. Occasionally, services use a custom formatted status page or API which requires a bit more work on our end. But usually

A service was down, but StatusGator didn't notify me.
A common cause for this is that the outage was short enough that the service in question didn't have a chance to update their status page. StatusGator doesn't monitor services directly. We aggregate the self-reported status of each service we monitor. StatusGator is an objective third party which helps to keep you informed of the self reported status of cloud and internet services.
How often does StatusGator check status pages?
StatusGator checks status pages every 5 minutes.
