We have identified an issue in our platform which started at 08:00 CEST on April 15, 2024, resulting in installments transactions being processed as one-off transactions, affecting a subset of customers located in Mexico. Our engineering team is actively engaged in resolving this issue. We are also collecting information about all affected transactions and reaching out to the issuers to request they approve the installments, so that the transaction can be processed as per the merchant's and shopper's requests. Please note that this action can only be done if you have explicitly signed the Installments contract with Adyen.
