Details

As a result of an update that was pushed out yesterday, some users are reporting that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is either missing or non-functional.

For anyone who needs to read PDFs in the meantime, you can view these from your web browser. Simply right-click the PDF > Open With > Google Chome/Edge/Firefox.

If you require urgent access to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, please log a ticket on the Service Desk at servicedesk@intoglobal.com

The team are currently working towards a solution for all users.
