Edgio developer console maintenance

Details

This maintenance will not affect live traffic to sites deployed on Edgio.

During this time we will perform maintenance on the Edgio Developer Console. Here’s what to expect while maintenance is ongoing:

• There will be a brief period of about 10 minutes where you will not be able to deploy new versions of your site or deploy any new sites. It’s fine for you to attempt deployment during this time. If deployment fails, simply wait 10 minutes and try again. If you attempt to access the Edgio Developer Console during this time you will see a maintenance page.

• We will upgrade the Edgio Developer Console UI. You may notice changes in the console user experience during the maintenance window. If you encounter any unexpected behavior, simply refresh your browser window and try again.

If you experience issues during the maintenance window, or have any questions, file a support email to support@edg.io or call us at 1 (602) 850-5200 for immediate help. For a full support directory please refer to our support page at https://edg.io/contact-support/

About Our Layer0 Console Status Page Integration

Layer0 Console is a Development, IT, and APIs solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since December 2021. Over the past over 2 years, we have collected data on on more than 733 outages that affected Layer0 Console users. When Layer0 Console publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 29 components using 4 different statuses: up, warn, down, and maintenance which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.

Many StatusGator users monitor Layer0 Console to get notified when it's down, is under maintenance, or has an outage. We've sent more than 300 notifications to our users about Layer0 Console incidents, providing transparency and peace of mind. You can get alerts by signing up for a free StatusGator account.

If Layer0 Console is having system outages or experiencing other critical issues, red down notifications appear on the status page. In most cases, it means that core functions are not working properly, or there is some other serious customer-impacting event underway.

Warn notifications are used when Layer0 Console is undergoing a non-critical issue like minor service issues, performance degradation, non-core bugs, capacity issues, or problems affecting a small number of users.

Layer0 Console posts separate notifications for planned maintenance work. StatusGator will notify subscribers when Layer0 Console enters a pre-planned maintenance window, keeping you up to date.

Layer0 Console does not publish a feed of proactive maintenance events on their status page at this time. If they do, be sure to let us know and we'll aggregate Layer0 Console maintenance events into your unified calendar.

When Layer0 Console posts issues on their status page, we collect the main headline message and include that brief information or overview in notifications to StatusGator subscribers.

When Layer0 Console has outages or other service-impacting events on their status page, we pull down the detailed informational updates and include them in notifications. These messages often include the current details about how the problem is being mitigated, or when the next update will occur.

Because Layer0 Console has several components, each with their individual statuses, StatusGator can differentiate the status of each component in our notifications to you. This means, you can filter your status page notifications based on the services, regions, or components you utilize. This is an essential feature for complex services with many components or services spread out across many regions.
