A maintenance period is scheduled for Wise-Sync support services on Saturday, December 9, from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET. During the scheduled maintenance period, the current Wise-Sync support ticket platform will be migrated to ConnectWise Salesforce Case Management.

Please note that during the scheduled maintenance window, you may submit cases via ConnectWise Home; however, you may experience system slowness. Additionally, you may not receive email notifications regarding case acknowledgements and updates to your support cases.
