Identified - Our team has identified an issue affecting the ability of iClassPro customers to send push notifications from the Students and Classes pages when using the "select all" function. The push notification option remains unselectable even though valid classes/students are chosen. We are actively working to resolve this problem. While we work on a permanent fix, we recommend using the Enrollments or Family pages to send push notifications as this functionality has been confirmed to work correctly from those pages. Alternatively, you can manually select the desired students or classes to send push notifications.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
