Is SendGrid Marketing Campaigns down?
Current SendGrid Marketing Campaigns status is UP

Investigating - Starting around 12:21PM PT on April 15th, our engineers began investigating an issue where a certain subset of Marketing Campaign users are unable to create or send Single Sends. The contacts page also does not load and users can experience errors. This does impact the Contacts List API. This does not impact API mail send.  We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available. Apr 15, 2024 - 12:43 PDT

Investigating - Our engineers began investigating a reoccurrence of the issue with contact counts not being updated with recently updated lists on new marketing campaigns. This issue is noticeable once the contacts are successfully uploaded onto a list via New Marketing campaigns.The contacts will be available to customers for use, however customers may notice a delay of the count being updated as engineering is working towards implementing a fix.Mail Send is not impacted.We will provide another update in an hour, or as soon as more information becomes available Apr 02, 2024 - 03:08 PDT

Investigating - Starting around 15:30 hrs PDT on March 31st, our engineers began investigating an issue with contact counts not being updated with recently updated lists on new marketing campaigns(TNE). This issue is noticeable once the contacts are successfully uploaded onto a list via New Marketing campaigns. The contacts will be available to customers for use however customers may notice a delay of the count being updated as a workaround to update the contact count is being currently implemented.
