We have identified the core issue and it is due to the Umbrella anycast resolvers IP is being geolocated incorrectly. We are still working on resolving this issue. As a temporary workaround, we recommend unblocking the geolocation rules on the firewall. This will enable the virtual appliance to communicate with the Umbrella resolver for DNS resolution.
