Details

Mimecast is aware that a small subset of customers are still not receiving Two Factor Authentication (2FA) SMS messages, as a result they are unable to log on to Mimecast administration console or other applications. Our 3rd Party SMS provider has identified the issues affecting 2FA SMS messages and remediation efforts are ongoing as we continue to monitor. Customers using 2FA 3rd party authenticators such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator remain unaffected and all other Mimecast services continues to operate as normal.
