Is Paddle Order Processing down?
Current Paddle Order Processing status is UP

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with our Order Processing on Paddle Classic. We will post more details of what's gone wrong, along with the steps we've taken to resolve the issue once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with order processing for Paddle Billing, this is causing some transactions on Paddle Billing to not be completed. We will post more details once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.

Our Engineers are seeing that our order processing systems are currently down. The Checkout remains functional, and payments are being taken, but no orders are being created, which means that customers are not receiving what they paid for.

Our Engineers are investigating this issue as a matter of urgency. More updates will follow shortly.

Some of the customers may experience issues with loading the checkout and we are noticing a slower processing of some of the orders. Our engineers are currently looking into this issue and we will update here once we have more information.

UPDATE:
Some of our non core services have been upgraded as planned, however we’ve noticed some inconsistencies between those and our core services and have therefore we’ve decided to upgrade our core production services to the same version right away to ensure reliability.

We will be performing database maintenance on our core systems to improve performance. We expect this will take about 4 hours to complete. During our maintenance window, some customers may notice an interruption to their usual service for a short period of time, but we expect most customers will see no impact at all.
