Current Hornetsecurity 365 Total Backup status is UP

Scheduled routine maintenance is planned for Friday 26th April at 19:00 (CEST) and is expected to last up to 17 hours.

During this maintenance window, tenants hosted in our DE data center will experience disrupted functionality, including backup and restore operations.

All other data centers will remain unaffected.

Scheduled routine maintenance is planned for Thursday 25th April at 7pm (CEST) and is expected to last up to 12 hours.
During this maintenance window, tenants hosted in our data center in UK will experience disrupted functionality, including backup and restore operations.

All other data centers will remain unaffected.

We are making good progress by bringing Hardware Upgrades and Software Updates in to production. Whilst we do everything in our power and more, our technical team narrowed the root cause down to some rate limiting measures.

Our technical team have carried out several tests during the weekend and identified certain conditions which would still be causing a degraded status for Mailbox Backups on a small number of tenants. Due to these conditions being related to throttling, we are currently in the progress of trying to bypass these conditions and ensuring that all backups proceed consistently to ensure a protected state.

We will make sure to keep providing regular updates on this process until all backups fully catch-up and we return to a state with all tenants on this region being fully protected, mailbox backups included.
