You can now customize the logo shown in your email header on all paid plans.
We’ve also updated how email customization works in StatusGator to make branding options clearer and easier to manage.
Customize emails
The new Customize emails section gives you control over how your emails look and feel.
Once enabled, you can configure:
Use your logo in the email header
Add your company logo to the top of your emails so they better match your brand.
Available on all paid plans.
Hide the StatusGator logo in the email footer
Remove StatusGator branding from the bottom of emails.
Available on Corporate and Extra Large Education plans and higher.
Customize sender identity
Send emails using your own sender name and email address instead of StatusGator.
Available exclusively on Enterprise plans.
When enabled, you can configure:
- Sender name
- Sender email
- Footer address for compliance
Your sender email address must be approved before activation. Please contact us to complete setup.

- Which capabilities are available on each plan
