Multiple markets in the path of the storm are currently impacted and more will likely be affected as the storm progresses on its path. Identified - We are aware that a few customers are still experiencing troubles with the Caller ID name display. We are back in contact with our upstream provider to address these issues promptly. Apr 12, 2024 - 16:42 EDT

Identified - We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting the display of Caller ID names. This issue is due to a problem with CNAM (Caller ID Name) dipping, which is the process used to retrieve the Caller ID name associated with telephone calls. Customers may experience the absence of Caller ID names being displayed during incoming calls. One of our major upstream CNAM providers is experiencing service disruptions, which is impacting our ability to perform CNAM dipping effectively. Our technical team is actively working with the upstream provider to resolve this issue and restore full functionality. Investigating - We're currently investigating an issue on the Green/Netsapiens platform where call recordings might not be accessible, via the call history tab within the management portal, for some users.
