We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ads. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ads, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. There is currently a backlog for self-service appeals involving "Confusing Ad Text" and other content quality labels. Our team is working through the backlog on priority. If the advertisers have time sensitive campaigns that were impacted by "Confusing Ad Text" label , the only known work-around at this time is for an advertiser to upload new assets / edit existing assets to replace those that are currently labeled. E.g. The text asset labeled for Confusing Text “Buy this now” could be edited to “Buy this today” and the new asset will not be labeled.

Search Ads 360 service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are unable to access Search Ads 360.

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. **The "Programmatic buyer" dimension is only returning dash ("-") values within completed Ad Manager Historical reports run via the Ad Manager Reporting UI or Ad Manager API.** **Note that the "Programmatic buyer" for a programmatic deal can still be obtained within the Ad Manager UI by visiting the associated Order or Proposal.**

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. **A significant volume of Google Ad Manager traffic is currently unable to serve programmatic backfill (e.g. Open Auction, Private Auction, First Look). Additionally, Programmatic Guaranteed & Preferred Deals with Display & Video 360 (DV360) buyers are largely unable to serve, though some delivery may still occur in smaller than expected quantities. Non-programmatic reservation line items, as well as non-guaranteed line items such as Network, Bulk, Price Priority, and House are unaffected and serving without issue.**
**Additionally, we recommend that you temporarily avoid making any changes to existing Orders, Line Items, Creatives, and any other Ad Manager network settings (including Unified Pricing Rules and Protections).**
