Investigating - Internal logs indicated a six minute downtime occurred at 1:26 pm EST and was restored at 1:32 pm EST today for Users in the Canadian Region only. About Our Hypercare Status Page Integration

Hypercare is a Healthcare solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since September 2022. Over the past over 1 year, we have collected data on on more than 241 outages that affected Hypercare users. When Hypercare publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 36 components and 4 groups using 4 different statuses: up, warn, down, and maintenance which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
