Current Microsoft 365 Skype status is UP

User impact: Users' contact lists are duplicated.
More info: This issue only impacts users who synced their personal account device contacts with Microsoft Teams. New syncs are no longer resulting in duplicate contacts since we've implemented the long-term fix.

Current status: We're continuing to work on the cleaning up process for the remaining duplicate contacts. Affected users can manually remove the duplicate contacts before our clean up process is complete by following the instructions in the above workaround article link.

Current status: We've successfully developed and implemented a long-term fix for the contact auto-sync process, restoring its expected functionality without the need to maintain our prior configuration change. We're still working on cleaning up the remaining duplicate contacts, which may take a few more weeks to fully complete. In the interim, affected users can follow the steps provided in the linked article to manually remove the duplicate contacts.

User Impact: Users are unable to manage Skype credit and subscriptions.
More info: Impacted actions include using the credit, spending it, gifting it or purchasing it. Also, some users observe duplicate charges for paid services.
Current status: We've received reports from some users that they're unable to manage their Skype Credits and subscriptions, or that they've received duplicate charges. We've reviewed these reports and found that services responsible for processing charges aren't performing as expected. We're working to address these issues to prevent further instances of impact as well as determine how to best address the duplicate charges.
