Monitoring - This issue has been identified as a payment provider issue.Non-whitelised customers have been unable to make payments using the credit card payment method. This is impacting both payments made through UI (manual) and through the Autoreload feature.Our third-party Payment Partner has advised that they were experiencing an issue that affects card transactions, but have now resolved the issue.
