Our plans (Starter, Team, Corporate, Enterprise) have limits (boards, monitors, users, etc.) that scale upward and add advanced integrations at each level. Integrations with other monitoring tools are included on Team and above. Integrations with incident management tools like PagerDuty are included on Corporate and above. The Enterprise plan accommodates those with custom contracting and security audit requirements and also adds SSO for status pages and private status ingestion.

This Enterprise feature connects StatusGator to authenticated health APIs (like Microsoft 365 or AWS) to pull tenant-specific incident data, giving your team visibility into issues that affect only your environment. Since providers often publish smaller-scale outages only to the affected users, you can get outage alerts for incidents that never make it to the public status page.

Yes. You can limit monitoring to specific components, products, or regions (for example, only "US-East" for AWS) to reduce irrelevant alerts. We parse all the components of every status page and allow you to filter your monitor to the specific components your team uses. This essential feature is a way to reduce noise and ensure the monitor reflects the status that's relevant to your team.

Yes! You can export detailed historical data (CSV, Excel) on downtime and service performance for SLA reviews or vendor management. Data retention varies by plan — Enterprise typically includes two years or more.

StatusGator encrypts all sensitive data and supports SSO for administrators via SAML (e.g., Azure AD). On all plans, you can use SAML for your StatusGator admin users. On our Enterprise tier you can password protect your status page behind SAML as well. We also support 2FA on all plans. We are currently undergoing a SOC 2 Type II audit.
