Edgenuity Outage History

The Edgenuity platform experienced a brief outage affecting four Imagine Learning components, causing some users to be unable to load Imagine Learning Classroom resources.

The outage began at Jan 9, 2025 3:28 PM UTC and was resolved by Jan 9, 2025 3:38 PM UTC, lasting about 10 minutes. The Status Page indicated that the cause had been identified and a fix was being deployed, with two official updates during the incident. The affected components were: Imagine Learning Illustrative Mathematics, Imagine Learning Guidebooks, Imagine Learning Odell Education, and Imagine Learning EL Education.

The Edgenuity platform experienced a brief degraded service due to an issue with Learnosity, the third-party provider used for launching activities in Edgenuity CTE courses and Odysseyware courses. Users could not launch activities during the incident. The outage began at Jan 9, 2025 2:13 PM UTC and was resolved by Jan 9, 2025 2:23 PM UTC. Learnosity Systems Engineering teams were actively investigating, and Edgenuity listed both Courseware / Imagine Edgenuity and Courseware / Imagine Odysseyware as affected. The provider issued two status updates during the incident, and services returned to normal once Learnosity issues were resolved.
