Nintex Workflow for Office 365 - Unable to start workflows & multiple task notifications

Details

We are aware of an issue impacting Office 365 customers where workflows are becoming stuck in the started state or sending multiple notification emails.

We have identified that the issue is occurring with the Microsoft Workflow Infrastructure of Office 365 and is impacting both Nintex, SharePoint Designer and other workflow products that use that infrastructure.

Nintex have escalated this to Microsoft who are currently investigating.

We suggest any customers encountering this issue should raise a support ticket directly with Microsoft via the admin portal.

Nintex will post updates as more information is available.

We are aware of an issue impacting Office 365 customers predominately in the APAC region that is causing workflows to not start and appearing to be stuck in the 'started' state with an 401 - Unauthorised error.

The issue appears to be occurring within the Microsoft Workflow Infrastructure of Office 365. Nintex have escalated this to Microsoft who are currently investigating.

We suggest any customers encountering this issue should raise a support ticket directly with Microsoft via the admin portal.

Nintex will post updates as more information is available.
