API update: Retrieve outage reports from your status page

You can now retrieve outage reports submitted through your StatusGator status page using our API. Bring user feedback into your internal dashboards, reporting tools, and incident workflows.

What you can access

Reports include the affected monitor and service, problem category, user comments, affected components, timestamps, and reporter email and location when available.

Keep your tools up to date

Fetch reports with the new endpoint:

GET /boards/{board_id}/outage_reports

Reports are returned newest first, with pagination supporting up to 100 reports per page. Use the optional since parameter to retrieve reports submitted at or after a specific time – helpful for regularly checking for new submissions.

For example, your team could pull new reports into an internal dashboard or analyze which monitors and components users report most often.

Explore the API documentation to get started.
