Parsec Web (Remote desktop for work and gaming, high-speed streaming with security) is a a Gaming and Video solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since October 2022. Over the past over 2 years, we have collected data on on more than 560 outages that affected Parsec Web users. When Parsec Web publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 82 components and 12 groups using 4 different statuses: up, warn, down, and maintenance which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
