Can I add my own dependencies?

Yes. Add service dependencies to Website, Ping, and Custom monitors through the Dependencies tab in monitor settings.

Where can I view relationships?

Open a monitor and select the Relationships menu in its header. It lists the services the monitor depends on, services running on the same infrastructure, and other products from the same provider, each with its current status and whether it is already on your board.

Why don’t I see relationships for every Service monitor?

The Relationships menu appears only when StatusGator has identified a connection between the service and others in our catalog. If no dependencies, shared infrastructure, or sibling products are known for a service, the menu is hidden.
