An emergency reboot of an SBC clusters is being performed to restore redundancy.

During this time customers whose voice traffic routes through 64.27.210.14, 64.27.210.15, and 64.27.210.16 will experience another drop in voice traffic as we work to restore redundancy to the SBCs
