AlayaCare Residential production will be upgraded to version 1.146.3 between 03:00-04:00 AEDT on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

No downtime for the website or APIs is expected, but occasionally downtime may occur during the maintenance window so we recommend preparing the business in the unlikely event of an outage during the maintenance window.

LogiReport reports are expected experience short downtime (a minute or so) at the start of maintenance window, and then potentially momentary (one second or less) interruptions until the sync is completed. Completion time will vary between tenants and users, but is expected to be fully complete across all tenants and users before the end of the maintenance window.
