The ingestion of Microsoft 365 logs into ConnectWise SIEM experienced a degraded state beginning due to an external issue affecting the ingestion pipeline. A backlog formed as logs could not be processed normally, while PSA ingestion was briefly placed in maintenance between and . Recovery progressed over the following hours and, by , the ConnectWise SIEM and ConnectWise Co-Managed SIEM components were back to normal operation. The incident lasted about 25 hours and 25 minutes, and ConnectWise issued four status updates during the event.
