: DocuSign NA2 eSign latency causes brief degraded performance
DocuSign's NA2 Production eSignature component experienced a brief latency that affected sending and signing documents. The incident began at when the NA2 eSignature component entered a degraded state and was acknowledged as under investigation. The problem lasted about 15 minutes and was resolved by when the component returned to normal operation. DocuSign issued two status updates during the incident describing the latency and subsequent recovery. The impact was limited to the NA2 eSignature component.
