Details

As part of a large upcoming Network upgrade and improvements we are undertaking, we need to perform a short maintenance on some of our existing network infrastructure in our Brisbane location.

This maintenance will be done outside of business hours and is scheduled for;
Wednesday 28th of February, from 10PM to 1AM

Expected outage period:
This maintenance will result in 2 or 3 short outages of approximately 10-15 minutes as we need to reboot the switches.

In the coming weeks we will be sharing more information about the network upgrade and and improvements we are undertaking.

We have identified an incident affecting clients utilising Cloudflare in conjunction with our hosting services. Users may encounter a "Connection timed out" error with Error code 522 when attempting to access their websites.

Details:
Clients using Cloudflare are experiencing difficulties accessing their websites due to routing configuration issues between Cloudflare and our hosting servers.

Action Required:
If you encounter the "Connection timed out" error with Error code 522, please take the following action:
- Log in to your Cloudflare account.
- Navigate to your DNS settings.
- Update the A records for your domain to point directly to our hosting servers.
