The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. **Ad Manager Forecasting is predicting a lower number of Opportunities (or Total capacity in Check inventory, or Forecasted impressions in Future sell-through report) than historical for some publishers for some Ad Units, including Cross-sell Ad Units. This is particularly visible in the Traffic Forecast as a drop (or discontinuity) between Historical and Forecasted opportunities.** **As a workaround some publishers may be able to apply a temporary Forecasting Adjustment to bring the opportunities back to the expected volumes. Note this workaround may not be an option for some networks or inventories.**

We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. **Some Google Ad Manager Data Transfer publishers have reported receiving incomplete data in the "CustomTargeting" Data Transfer field starting with some July 19, 2023 hourly files (including those published for the NetworkRequests and NetworkImpressions file types).**

We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager at Sep 23, 2022, 11:59 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data. **Ad Manager Reporting stats remains fixed with all new data since September 1st being accurately reported. We are working on correcting the affected data (issue duration: August 30th 8:00 PM PDT thru August 31st 5:00PM PDT). Our current ETA to have this fix is September, 23rd.**
