Investigating - Starting at approximately 2:10 PM EST, Klaviyo started experiencing delays in page loading impacting multiple pages which can include campaigns creation, reviewing campaigns, and campaigns reporting and analytics for email, push, and SMS. Scheduled campaigns may also be experiencing some delays.Our Engineering Team is actively working to identify the root cause and quickly address the issue. Investigating - Beginning at 1:45 PM US Eastern, we began observing degraded functionality which led to the following issues: Delay in Processing Subscription EventsDelay in Schedule Forms being publishedDelays in Email and SMS message sending, including double opt-in messagesDelays in event processing and associated Flow message sending Delays in lists and segments loading, as well as list importsDelays in outbound events to integrationsDegraded ability to schedule campaigns Our engineering team is actively working to mitigate the issue. Investigating - Earlier today, we began receiving reports of SMS campaign scheduling being blocked intermittently. From initial triage, it appears that this is limited to a subset of campaigns with at least 1,000 recipients. Campaigns that have already been scheduled are not affected.
