Is REPAY Lift (Ventanex) down?
Current REPAY Lift (Ventanex) status is UP

On Saturday, April 13, 2024 beginning at 5:00pm EDT and lasting up to four hours, the team will be upgrading networking equipment in our Payrazr/PayrazRx/Careview v4 network environment. Services will be unavailable intermittently during this window, with the total outage expected to be less than 60 minutes.

REPAY Channels continues upgrading our application to leverage a more robust infrastructure. This update will include any users of our Web Portal (EBPP), Checkout Forms (HPP), IVR, SMS, Mobile App, or any direct API calls that are hitting a repay.io domain.
As part of this upgrade, additional IP addresses will be added to our environment on Monday, September 12, 2022.

If you are whitelisting REPAY’s IPs, do not remove any existing addresses. Please ADD the following IPs to your list as soon as possible, but no later than Sunday, September 11, 2022. These are individual addresses, not ranges:

Dear Valued Customer,

We have scheduled a Channels Production database maintenance between the hours of 8:30pm and 9:30pm on 8/16/2022.

This upgrade will cause brief downtime where users might experience errors when trying to use Channels via web, mobile, API, IVR, SMS, or Kiosk.

For merchants who receive Webhooks, this upgrade will cause webhooks to be delayed during the maintenance window.
