Fiber work, including civil activities and splicing is progressing. Teams have been working round the clock managing this complex situation. Although it's a force majeure scenario, we are absolutely focused on executing the tough work in hand. Though we do not have an ETR yet, we are aiming to start restoration of services by the end of today / night. We remain committed in keeping you informed with regular updates. Over the past over 1 year, we have collected data on on more than 13 outages that affected Colt users. When Colt publishes downtime on their status page, they do so using 3 different statuses: up, warn, and down which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
