**Summary:** Google Drive users are unable to load Apps Script UI. **Description:** We are experiencing an issue with Google Drive beginning on Friday, 2024-05-24 04:20 US/Pacific. Our engineering team has identified a mitigation strategy and is currently rolling it out for all impacted users. We will provide an update by Friday, 2024-05-24 21:00 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. **Customer Symptoms:** Customers may not be able to load Drive UI, they would encounter error messages while trying to do so. . This issue may also impact users trying to access Apps Script UI. **Workaround:** None at this time. |

Google Drive is a Chat, Communications, and Productivity solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since May 2015. Over the past about 9 years, we have collected data on on more than 550 outages that affected Google Drive users. When Google Drive publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 29 components using 3 different statuses: up, warn, and down which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
More than 2,200 StatusGator users monitor Google Drive to get notified when it's down or has an outage. This makes it one of the most popular chat services monitored on our platform.
