Clearwave Fiber continues to work diligently to restore service following fiber damage in the Gator Bowl Drive area, a highly dense location with multiple overlapping utilities. The damage site is in close proximity to a large water main and multiple high-pressure gas mains, requiring extreme caution before excavation and repair work can begin.
Clearwave Fiber is alongside utility locators and will complete repairs once the site is cleared for repairs while maintaining safety protocols around the critical infrastructure in the area.
Clearwave Fiber Network Operations Engineering have restored service to RISE At Nocatee by rerouting that connection. This solution ensures service continuity for impacted customers while permanent fiber repairs are being completed.
We appreciate your patience and will continue working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

Network Maintenance: Valdosta, GA | February 13, 2025.
Work will take place this Thursday on the Clearwave Fiber network on St. Augustine Rd in Valdosta, GA, required by Georgia Department of Transportation.
This work will take place beginning at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, February 13, continuing through 6:00 a.m. that day.
During this scheduled maintenance, a backup connection will be in place to keep your service running smoothly. While we don’t expect any issues, you may notice slightly slower speeds during those hours.
If you experience a service disruption after the end of the time period, please take the following steps to restore service.
NOTE: If you are experiencing issues and have a router NOT provided by Clearwave Fiber, it is best to reach out to your router manufacturer if the following steps do not work.
Business Customers:Please contact Clearwave Fiber Technical Support at 877-293-2973 or via email at businesstac@clearwavefiber.com.
Residential Customers:1. Unplug the power cable from your router. Wait 10 seconds and reconnect it.2. Wait 2-3 minutes for the router to power off fully. All the lights on the router should be off.3. Wait another 2-3 minutes for the router to come back online. While waiting for the router to come back online, please verify that the ethernet cable on the back of the modem is connected to the WAN or internet port on the router.4. Reconnect the power cable to the router.5. Wait for the Broadband and Service lights to turn solid, then check if the internet is working correctly.
