User impact: Users may not see Microsoft Teams when installing Microsoft 365 or Office desktop apps in the EEA and Switzerland.

More info: Users who install Microsoft 365 or Office desktop apps on Windows devices located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland may see that Microsoft Teams isn't installed.

Current status: We're continuing to analyze our available methods for expediting the updates to the Microsoft 365 apps installer ahead of the scheduled deployment on November 14, 2023. We're expecting to have confirmed and will share an updated estimate for the remediation of impact by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This event may impact users who attempt to install Microsoft 365 or Office desktop apps on Windows devices located in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

About Our Microsoft 365 apps Status Page Integration

Microsoft 365 apps is an IT, Project Management, Communications, and Microsoft solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since August 2023.
