Affected services include but are not limited to:

- Exchange Online
- Exchange Admin center
- Microsoft 365 Admin center
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Power Automate (including connectors within M365 apps and Power Apps)
- Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Purview
- Exchange Online Protection

Additionally, within Microsoft Teams, users may experience difficulties with contact search, calendar, messaging, calling. Users may also experience problems creating, updating, and publishing town halls and webinars.

Current status: We're continuing to see our services trend toward recovery, and we're monitoring for an extended period to ensure additional remediation actions aren't required.

Scope of impact: Based on our telemetry and customer signals, impact appears to be isolated to the Asia-Pacific and Australia region.
